On March 19, 2023, the 7th China Grand Awards for Industry Ceremony was held at the Friendship Hotel in Beijing. The event aims to deeply study and implement the Guiding Principle of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, commend enterprises and projects take on the task of building a strong country, adhere to their original aspirations and missions, persist in self-reliance and self-improvement, promote the construction of a modern industrial system, and adhere to the path of new industrialization with Chinese characteristics. They have made outstanding achievements and contributions in technological innovation, transformation and upgrading, energy security, safety control, digital industry, green and low-carbon developmentand rural revitalization, leading the high-quality development of China’s industrial economy. Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd. stood out from many candidates due to its independent innovative technology and outstanding performance in digital transformation and intelligent manufacturing.
China Grand Awards for Industry, approved by the State Council in 2004, is the highest award in Chinese industry and is known as the “Oscar of Chinese Industry”. It includes the “China Grand Award for Industry”, “Commendation Award of China Grand Award for Industry” and “Nomination Award of China Grand Award for Industry”. The awarded enterprises and projects in each session represent the highest level of China’s industrial development and also play a demonstrative role in leading the industry’s development.
