——From October, 2018 to November, 2019, stationed in Thailand to be in charge of Phase II construction expansion project of Hailiang (Thailand) and reorganization and expansion of NO.2 production line.

——In December, 2019, assigned to Huston base of America to be in charge of Texas project of Hailiang.

Where he is needed, where he goes! ——  Li Zhengjie has worked for Hailiang for more than 2 years and he has been always going ahead all time.

He sacrifices endless of his rest time, gives silently, and does extraordinary things on his normal post. In work, Li Zhengjie always affects his colleges with his positive mentality; in front of each work task, he always deals with it actively; when he is asked for business trip, he will have his luggage immediately and go.

In October, 2018, Li Zhengjie just started to work in Hailiang, but he accepted the assignment to work overseas gladly. In Thailand project, he was responsible for organizing and coordinating the crossed operation of several civil engineering suppliers, strictly normalizing the site construction behavior, checking various hidden problems, supervising the suppliers to complete the work with quality and quantity guaranteed, without any construction safety accidents during the construction period, and the project was delivered successfully. Through intensive management, he strictly reviewed various expenditures, participated in the price negotiation and contract signing work together with the resources and material department, and provided powerful support for the cost control. 

To adapt to various working environment, quickly solve various harsh problems in work, Li Zhengjie used his spare time to study continuously to improve his business capability. In work, he is able to complete the work assigned by the boss with quality and quantity guaranteed, without any complaint, and always places the company and collective interest first, and walks ahead and leads at critical moments.

While he was assigned to work overseas, though the workload was relatively huge, and the work contents were complicated, Li Zhengjie never complained, and was always conscientious in doing every work. Owing the domestic and overseas time difference, Li Zhengjie worked on the construction site in the day time and communicated with the domestic project team in the night, worked day and night. All employees need to learn his devotion.

Make the belief root in the earth and make the idea fly to the blue sky

Li Zhengjie has always personally practiced Hailiang spirits of “honesty, stability, pragmatism, high efficiency and excellence”, never wavered in front of difficulty, been brave enough to shoulder responsibility, and treated his work with the most reliable attitude.

During more than 2 years since he joined in Hailiang, to make his project able to be progressed on time with quality guaranteed, Li Zhengjie gave up each spring festival holiday which is the only opportunity for him to have a reunion with his family. It is the responsibility in his heart that makes him work on the frontline of the project all time resolutely.

In December, 2019, he went to America alone. In April, 2020, COVID-19 broke out in America. Under such a harsh environment, he still kept on working on Hailiang base in Texas, and applied to postpone the visa, and didn’t return to China until his visa expired. His third spring festival in Hailiang was coming soon, the epidemic of America was still very harsh. However, to guarantee the progress of the company project, Li Zhengjie left for America again for the project alone and resolutely.
