This is a copper manufacturing project with an annual output of 90 thousand tons of copper tube for air conditioning refrigeration and an annual output of 60 thousand tons of copper busbar (planning to construct 3 production lines of refrigeration copper, with 30 thousand tons of production capacity each, and 60 thousand tons of copper busbar and its deep processing). Through mergers and acquisitions in the southwest region, it integrates and creates a copper production base in the southwest, and registers and establishes a foreign trade company in Jiangjin comprehensive bonded zone. The project can achieve annual output value of 10 billion yuan and the tax revenue of about 200 million yuan, which will create 700 job opportunities. And the foreign trade company can achieve more than 300 million dollars of import and export volume after it is put into operation. Hailiang will also strive to become the largest-scale and first-class manufacturing base of new non-ferrous metal materials with stronger competitive power, more powerful voice in the west through the completely new advanced equipment, the latest advanced technology and excellent management team.
With Zhejiang Hailiang Group’s settlement, Jiangjin received another enterprise of 10 billion asserts, and Luohuang Industrial Park also received one enterprise of China’s top 500 enterprises. It is understood that in Luohuang Yangtze Hub Port currently with designed annual throughput capacity of 10 million tons (including 600 thousand TEUs), No. 1 and No. 2 erect berths have working conditions and that they are expected to put into use at the beginning of 2018. Sichuan-Guizhou railway, Chongqing-Guiyang railway and East-ring railway converge here, forming a railway passenger and freight hub. 96% of the pre-station project and 93% of the post-station project of the southwest region's largest collective and distributive transport base for especially large-sized objects and bulk cargo -- Luohuang Railway Comprehensive Logistics Hub were finished.
